My love for tech dates back to 1995 where in my 4th grade class, my teacher got a classroom computer. That was my first time using a computer.
In the many years since then, I have troubleshooted many computer issues for both myself and others, installed and uninstalled many apps for Windows and iOS, and resolved many, many tech issues in my current role as an end-user support specialist.
